Attention AGT faithful!

As we are nearing the end of the semester, the time for staff elections is rapidly approaching. Positions available are PRESIDENT, EVENT COORDINATOR, SECRETARY, and TREASURER. All other positions will be filled by the members currently holding them. If you would like to run for any of these positions please nominate yourself. We will be accepting nominations before our meeting on April 25. Please only nominate yourself if you will be able to commit to holding the positions FOR THE ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR. Elections will be held before the last meeting of the semester. Good luck to all who wish to run.

AV-Tech is current looking for some people to join the team. We’re is responsible for all the audio and video equipment at AnimeNEXT.

Duties:
-Setup and break down of Audio and Visual equipment between 2-3 buildings
-Assist panelist/guest/performers with technical troubleshooting
-Perform as an Audio Operator and Camera Operator for certain show performances.
-Assist with transport of Audio and Visual equipment to the convention

Requirements:
-Knowledge of audio and visual equipment (Projectors, DVD Players, Mixers, etc)
-Strong critical thinking skills
-Ability to lift more than 50 lbs
-Ability to work alone or within a team
-Strong work ethic
-Willingness to work beyond your scheduled hours (over 40 hrs)
-Knowledge of cameras and stage work a plus
-Must be 18 years of age or older
